Who is KetoBake™?

KetoBake™ was founded by two people who, after half a lifetime of dieting, exhaustion and fluctuating weight, discovered the keto diet. They were immediately converted to the keto way of eating and knew there was no going back.

Why low carb, zero sugar desserts?

KetoBake™ is perfect for anyone who loves cakes and other desserts but for health or dietary reasons are eliminating sugar and keeping their carbohydrate intake low. We produce high quality, easy to use cake mixes that fit this goal and also taste amazing. These are perfect for people on the ketogenic or similar diets.

Is KetoBake™ only for people on a ketogenic diet?

Our products are perfect for the ketogenic diet but are also suitable for similar diets like Atkins or for those with a gluten intolerance. They can also be eaten by anyone who likes delicious food. Try giving them to your friends and see if they can tell our products contain no sugar or gluten.

What ingredients do you use?

Have you ever noticed that cake and other dessert mixes always taste artificial? That’s because they often have a range of unnatural ingredients such as thickeners, stabilisers, and artificial flavours.

KetoBake™ mixes are made from premium ingredients including cocoa powder, ground nuts and vanilla beans. This might mean our product have a shorter shelf life, but it also means you can rely on our products for their quality and performance.

How do you get your cakes to taste so good?

Twenty-five years of obsessive baking and experimentation. Our people are experienced bakers who couldn’t let their passion go when they switched to a keto diet. Each product goes through a rigorous testing phase to get the mix of ingredients just right.

What if I want to do it all myself?

The best thing about the keto diet is the support and ideas we get from the keto community. A lot of people enjoy the diet because they like to make their own creations, source their own ingredients, and know exactly what goes into their food.

What we’ve discovered is that sometimes people need something that’s simple, quick and reliable they can make with ingredients they’re likely to have at home. If you don’t have time to shop, can’t find the ingredients you’re looking for, or don’t want to experiment endlessly with your own mixes, KetoBake™ is here for you.

How do I create and serve KetoBake™ cakes?

Our cake mixes can be used to make cupcakes or a single cake. You’ll need your own eggs, butter and water to add to the mix. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packet.

Our cakes taste great on their own, but you can also serve them with a scoop of cream. You can also add a touch of vanilla and a small amount of your preferred sweetener. If you want to create a frosted cupcake or layer cake, we recommend using whipped cream.

You can use multiple mixes to create larger cakes with multiple layers. You can also serve with fresh fruit like strawberries or raspberries. Just be mindful of the total carb intact.

Adding eggs and butter seems a pain… what about a ‘just add water’ product?

The only way we could make a ‘just add water’ product would be to add powdered egg and dehydrated processed vegetable oils. We wouldn't eat that and we wouldn’t expect you to either.

The addition of wholesome butter and eggs makes KetoBake™ products delicious, and also helps you reach your protein macros.

Are more products coming soon?

Absolutely. To date we’ve launched our chocolate cake mix and we’re due to add matcha, strawberry, blueberry and vanilla flavours very soon. We also have a range of new products currently bring tested, including hot chocolate, chocolate-chip cookies, and a few more.
